Eliav Legal helps businesses adopt or revise an employee handbook or other employment-related documents, including separation, arbitration, and confidentiality agreements.

Investigations of Workplace Misconduct

Eliav Legal assists with internal corporate investigations relating to allegations of discrimination, harassment, and employee wrongdoing involving theft, assault and battery, and counseling in-house professionals on how to conduct investigations of workplace misconduct.
