Los Angeles lawyer Daniel Eliav announced the launching of a new law firm serving businesses and individuals in California and the entire United States.
Daniel is a seasoned attorney with more than a decade of experience. Previously, Daniel served as an attorney for the State of California. In that position, he was an in-house attorney for the State’s newly created department implementing the Affordable Care Act, Covered California. His roles included drafting regulations, negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, and tending to the day-to-day legal needs of the agency. In addition, Daniel has worked in the Corporate Practice Group of two of the nation’s largest law-firms. As a “big-law” attorney, Daniel served a wide variety of clients from start-ups that were no more than an idea to some of the largest public and private entities in the country. He helped countless businesses incorporate, develop, and grow their business in compliance with federal and state laws. In addition, Daniel has extensive experience on a wide variety of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other types of investments.
In 2020, Daniel recognized that fundamental changes in our society were under way, creating confusion and even chaos. These changes bring along new legal problems and challenges with many unanswered questions. Amidst the chaos and confusion, Daniel provides guidance and clarity to help individuals and businesses rise above the fog.
Above all else, Eliav is dedicated to your needs and ensuring your rights are protected: “We dedicate ourselves to your business as if it were our own. We define our own success by how well we help you achieve your goals. We devote ourselves to your needs and our goal is to build a long-term relationship where we help you meet and exceed your own aspirations.”
